Terms and Conditions

1 General

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) shall apply to all orders for goods on this platform. Seller is Bonex GmbH General Terms and Conditions (GTC) shall apply to all sales contracts, supplies and services. By ordering products from our range, the conditions are deemed accepted.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions are subject to change.

2 Offer and contract conclusion

2.1 All offers in this online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. Errors and omissions excepted.

2.2 By clicking the "Order" button, you place a binding order for the products listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded once we accept your order by sending a confirmation via e-mail, immediately after receiving your order.

3 Delivery Area

Batteries are exclusively available in Switzerland and Lichtenstein.
Exception: We ship adapters worldwide. The shipping costs are calculated automatically per country.

4 Small quantities

Please note that in our shop a minimum order amount of CHF 20.- applies.
On orders under CHF 20.- a surcharge of CHF 4.95 will be added automatically.

5 Prices and Shipping costs

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs and include the legal disposal fees and VAT.

6 Advanced payment

On our website your are able to order 24h a day.
The ordered goods must be paid in advance.
Here the different payment methods are indicated.

7 Delivery

We ship exclusively via priority mail. Your product will be sent off immediately on receipt of your payment. Delays by the postal service (f.e. Christmas holidays) can’t be excluded. Transport damages must be reported immediately to the post, so that claims can be made.

8 Ownership reservation

The ordered items remain property of Bonex GmbH, up to the entire payment.

9 Return polity

Unopened items can be returned within 14 days from invoice date. (with a deposit slip for repayment)
Costs for returns are paid by the sender. We can only accept prepaid packages.
Opened products, products with traces of any kind or products without the original packaging can not be returned.
Not returnable are: image and sound carrier, disks, batteries, rechargeable batteries, CDs, books, lighting, special orders, supplies, hygiene items.

10 Data Protection

Your personal data is encrypted using SSL and S / MIME over the Internet. We use technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or against access by unauthorized persons.
For this reason (protection of your privacy) we do not use todays usual "Social- Networks" such as Facebook, google+, twitter etc., in our shop. These networks spy out your buying and internet surfing behavior.

Cookies

In this shop, information about the contents of your shopping cart will be stored in so called session-cookies. These cookies expire once you leave the shop. No cookies will be stored on your hard disk.

11 Jurisdiction

Our business is based exclusively on Swiss law. Jurisdiction is Solothurn.
